Have questioned the builder but not gotten back to me yet. We have 4 pocket doors in the plan. They have a metal plate that is supposed to screw to the ground then the metal studs insert into a slot and are nailed at the top. One side of the metal stud has wood to secure drywall to. However they used liquid nails to adhere the plate to the cement and instead of two just put one nail at the top. I question the durability. The pocket doors themselves are the walls. Am I being too picky? Will liquid nails be fine?
