So, I think I'm losing Wheee! as well! It breaks my heart! I found evidence of crown rot. I have read it's caused by a fungus by wonky weather mostly. It makes sense. So, it really isn't just me and that I suck at this! Halcyon is going to be stunning this year! My new "baby" Albomarginata is doing good, too! I came across June to buy online for a good deal. It's quart sized. I'm going to do it! What can it hurt? None of the gardens here have anything good right now. They have Guacamole. No, thank you. Nothing but problems! It's VERY late for me... It's pretty when it finally does show but a short season. I liked the June I had that one year. Maybe if I over winter them inside it will help protect them from the wonky winters? The greenhouses said that's what they do. If June does well and I'm able to save Wheee! I may get more. But, I'm so heartbroken! We have had an insane amount of rain lately, too. And more is expected. So I'm thinking ordering June next week is a better idea, it'll take it a few days and maybe by the time it arrives, the weather will even out? But, May is start of tornado and storm season. I just don't want it to end up paying a lot and losing any new plants to crown or root rot. .... It said I could get a gallon June for $26. I am tempted but too much for the risk. Freakin' climate change!
