Looking for Australian finger limes in Florida

I live on the Treasure Coast, and I am looking to plant a few Australian finger limes. I saw Logee's carries the plants, but will not ship to Florida due to agricultural restrictions. Has anyone seen cuttings, or even just a the limes for sale?

    I always want
to order from them but they only ship WITHIN Florida so I have your opposite
problem. Good luck! MY AFL is arriving tomorrow from FW and I can't wait to see
    it!

Hi Tim...I got really really lucky a few years back and found someone giving away a finger lime tree. Sent my husband to dig it up and now I have a monster. I am in south pinellas county. If you would like some cuttings I would be happy to gift you a few. You just have to figure out how I'll get them to you

I just noticed my first babies yesterday!!! The tree flowered last year but wasn't ready to fruit. I hope these all hold because there are hundreds of these little guys :)

Harris Citrus Nursery has green ones in stock.

HI Tim and Liz, I'm Joe. You have such a beautiful finger lime and are so lucky to have found one. I have been in home health aid for 7 years and 2 years ago my mother had a stroke just after she retired. She had a passion for gardening and between tthe hospitalization and therapy her garden has fallen to neglect. Now that she is back home I'm there almost every day and I'm slowly rejuvenating her front and back yard garden. She lives in seminole and I'm in largo. I was wondering if you may be able to spare a few cuttings, anything would be appreciated.

I bought mine from a place called Root 98 Warehouse, out of Lakeland, Florida. I noticed the other day they still had them listed. It was about three feet tall, when I got it. It has started growing quiet a bit since it has been moved outside.

I’m looking for a red finger lime tree. Anybody know where I might find one here in Florida?

sharon - Just Fruits & Exotics in FL apparently sells the red ones and many of us wished they would ship outside of FL because the red finger lime seems to be impossible to find. Here is a link (they indicate it is for a 3 gallon size container/1ft - 2ft bush, and the plant is ungrafted, but the price is pretty steep) - http://www.justfruitsandexotics.com/JFE/product/australian-red-finger-lime-tree/

Home Depot in my area has one gallon finger limes giant green and red. Check your HD and Lowe's. If they don't have any, you can ask to order one for you.

I got my Red Fingerlime from Just Fruits and Exotics last year. They seemed to be large rooted cuttings. They gave me several in one pot. They are doing great!

Home Depot or Lowe’s carried the Red finger limes last year and I bought one but I foolishly added bonemeal to the hole and some digging type animal kept digging up my tree until the tree dies? I live central FL

How tall are the finger lime trees sold in Central FL? Do you know what store sells them and its location. My email is famiglias@live.com

    Did you find any?

I just bought a red finger lime tree from home Depot. If you go to the citrus section and look at the lime trees they each have different tags with the varieties on them. I found one left. It was 39$

I'm in st Pete Florida. It specifically says it can only be sold in Florida not shipped.
