Help Identify Yellow Spots on Tomato Leaves

Didn't get any help in the hydro section. Shouldn't be strictly a hydro problem anyway. Maybe you can help me........

Cherokee Purple plants from seeds started 4/10/17. Put in dwc around 4/24/17. Using Botanicare PBP, tap water, nothing else. Temp 80, humidity 60 ish. Going to shoot for 75 degrees and 70% RH (VPD chart). Now the leaves have started dying. EC approx: 1.900, PH slightly acidic. Poor lighting is because of LED's. Any ideas?
