Is this Gold Standard sick

This Gold Standard is on the SW corner of my porch. It gets deep shade till noon, then direct sun for about 2 hours, and then dappled shade the rest of the day. The sun shines on its right side as seen in picture below. I have been concerned about its leaves - is this HVX or the effect of sun on only the one side?f The leaves at 6:00 and 7:00 are the ones I'm looking at. And the one in the middle.
