Floppy brown leaves on Phalaenopsis

Hi guys, I need some help with my orchid. So I have a small (12inch) Phalaenopsis orchid that I got in February 2017.

Location: Glasgow - very low humidity, 2-15℃, orchid sits facing a South window with 6-8 hrs of indirect sunlight. (Not much sun in Glasgow)

Potting medium: dry bark with a mixture of moss and some soil (Basically what I go it in)

Watering schedule: pot soaked in basin with room temperature water for 5 mins once every 7-10 days. Water is drained and pot is let to sit for 20 mins.

Orchid mist sprayed every 5 days onto leaves and exposing soil

The first week I got it, I over watered it and some of my roots were damaged and I had to cut them. Now my orchid leaves have started to soften and become floppy. It has also gone a bit brown with some striations. New roots and a baby leaf is growing well. Please help me out! Thank you!
