11-Month-Old in Bloom

Well, technically it's almost a full year old now, but began budding last month. I count about 16 buds ... Is that even possible?

This one was grown from mixed seed last summer. Appears to be mainly red ... I can't wait for the bloom to open!

Seriously, have you ever seen so many buds on one branch apex? I'm curious to see if it continually sets so many buds. Will definitely prune this one at end of summer.

Great genetics and high, 86% "wet noodle" humidity is what it is, Chuy.

Hi Maria Elena, I think you will have a very good flowerer there.... We quite often get a dozen or more buds in each spot. We see this a lot with our single flowers. It just gets better and more floriferous as they age. Our plants are also grown from seed. I think the heat here helps, plus good genetics. Wait & see - this is going to be a great bloomer. Congrats. :)
