How large a tabletop does this base support?

I am interested in this base for a kitchen table. I intend to put a glass tabletop on it. Would the medium size be sufficient for a 72" long table, or would the large size be more appropriate?

I have asked the manufacturer for specifications on size and weight for this base and also what options would be best for your 72" table top. They should have an answer for us this afternoon.

This base will hold up to 250 pounds but no larger than 42x60. You could use two bases or go the the larger base which has a size limit of 84" and weight limit of 300 pounds. You would need two of the medium bases or one of the large bases which I have included the link below. The manufacturer stated that you don't want to have more than 15-16 inches of overhang on your table top for safety issues.Thanks for your interest in my products.
