Here's what I would do (while waiting for experts to answer)-

1. Cut off dead branches near base.

2. Wait one year and cut off the lowest branch (growing towards the right).

3. Leave it alone for a couple years.

4. Post picture of flowers on G web.

If I had to move it, might be tempted to try to straighten it out a bit.
