Hi there!

I bought three asian pear bare rooted plants and I saw strange blackening under cuts made by the nursery man.

These blackening appered after about two months.

The nursery man changed one of the plants and told me it was probably a fungal disease.

Anyway, before these blackenings appeared I used some scions from these plants and made some grafts.

Today I noticed the same blackenings on a graft made with a scion of these plants.

According to you is this fire blight or it is a natural thing?
