My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I am moving to a house that has a similar layout. the fireplace comes out further than this one. We have a sectional sofa and I'm trying to figure out where to put the tv. I'm not an over the mantel fan! Thank you for any help, sorry its a little complicated of a question:)

    We love doing built-ins on either side of fireplaces to house TVs (see photos attached). You can always get two matching free-standing pieces of furniture to flank the fireplace to get the look of built-ins without the cost, then just put the TV in/on one of them.
