Unless your tree is leaning and in danger of falling over. I wouldn't worry too much.

I would like to add one small tid bit. The anchoring roots that hold your tree up are not visible. That's a good sign. The roots you do see may not be aesthetically pleasing, but it shows proper planting. It is best to have these roots exposed for a healthy tree. You can still lightly mulch over the roots light if you choose ☺

Your tree is not in danger of falling. Appears to be healthy and should have a long life.

In addition to glc's good notes above, I will add that we have used a similar tool as the root feed but just one will not be sufficient, imo. We used pvc pipes with holes drilled and hubby placed several (6, 8?) around the drip line when the tree was young. All you really need to do is slowwww water all around the tree's drip line. Very very slow drip all day or all night, moving every hour or so. Works well.
