Hi Tina, how beautiful! I would be thrilled with a find like that! :) here's a good resource that might be helpful. It's really hard to id a violet , but if they are optimara violets, it's possible to get close.

What size pot were they in? A miniature would most likely be in a 2" pot. I can't tell from the picture how big they are actually.

They are probably Optimaras but I bet you that pink and white one isn't a mini. It looks like Candy Swirls but Optimara has it's own version with another name.

I agree that the pink and white has larger leaves and thought maybe it was a semi mini or mislabeled at the grower. The other ones have very small leaves. It looked at the Optimara site but couldn't find matches.

If you are on Facebook, there is an Optimara ID group where they know the plants very well. Optimara themselves chime in occasionally.

Agreed, Aegis that it's similar but different - and likely it's an Optimara anyway. I'm not expert on the Optimaras. I only have a few of them that I like best.

I'm starting to think they are Anthoflores but I could be wrong. I contacted the store and they do not sell Optimara's they say.

Good move on your part to ask them. They really should be able to tell you who they get them from, and then the grower could give you more information. Optimara produces and sells a TON of violets to other companies that then distribute them. Harmony does as well but their plants have ID tags. Several other smaller companies. I was wrong...I have ID'd them on the Optimara site but I know they will always be NOIDS. I have Little Oneida, Little Hopi II, Little Turquose, Little Arapahoe, and Little Comanche.

Ah. None of those look like Little Hopi II above so I assume you didn't post a photo of it. Mine is blooming now.
