I have a bog garden utilizing a 3' diameter pond liner sunk in the ground. It's been going since 2012 and does well here in my zone 6. It contains hardy pitcher plants, Venus fly traps, and sweetflag ( Acorus gramineus variegatus).

I'd like to plant something around it (would be in regular garden bed soil) to accent it. There used to be blue-eyed grass but it is not too vigorous and tends to peter out after a few years.

The bog has sphagnum moss growing in it also.

I figure some low-growing plant (<12") that I can plant long the sides and front.
