Not a genus I am at all familiar with but that looks like a Ludwigia to me. Anyone growing Vietnamese veggies nearby?

I don't know. All three homes to thr left are Asian people, but I don't know if they grow anything. It just seems so odd that both pots would have had only one seed germinate in each container, but I do keep thinking it's a possibility it's something else. Or maybe the seeds were mislabeled? They are very tiny and come pelleted in a tube.
