I have this pink Hydrangea which was planted by previous owner . I have been here 6 years and it blooms pink, some years quite a few blooms other years not so many blooms. Here it is this year just starting to bud. Does it look healthy to you experts. I do not know the name of this hydrangea.. Should I cut off all sticks with no buds if I do not see any soon. I know it is a cold year so everything is late.
