Can this cover a brick fireplace?

I planned to cover a brick fireplace with tile. Would this material work over such a surface? I could do concrete board first?

Thank
you for contacting us. That depends on what fire place do you have and how
much heat is generated by it. You can use these panels around a fire place
given that you use a construction adhesive that doesn’t fail due to heat. The
panels are not fire rated; you can choose to use a fire retardant primer or
not – again depending on the amount of heat generated by your fireplace. We
