It looks hungry! Feed it some fertilizer and those light green leaves should darken.

It looks ready to re-pot to me, the canopy is quite large in comparison to the growers pot.

I would re pot too. Some say to wait about a week to let it adjust which you already did. I Assume it was fertilized before you got it and should of arrived nice and green unless it was in box during transit for days or the pH of the water used prior was too high.

Use both of those fertilizers. Mix some of the osmocote plus into the soil mix and then water it with the dyno grow. I think it needs repotted as well. Just make sure there are plenty of drainage holes in the bottom. I use a drill and put a bunch in.
