I haven't use any chemical on my yard for the past decade or so, but last year I had too many creeping charlie. I usually pull them out, but the patch is just too large. The guy at the store suggested Trimec, which I mixed up a batch of 4oz per gallon and mist it on the leaves using a hand sprayer (one of those with a pump).
Unfortunately, after I applied it, the temperature dropped a lot and stay cold for a while. I did notice that some plants are wilting, but they don't seemed to die completely. I was told that trimec would work only if it's above a certain temperature. Should I try reapplying after the temperature goes higher or is this stuff really toxic and I should try applying more?
