what lights to use for grow light?! help!

I am basically wondering what type of lights will suffice for growing starter plants, since the light fixture I'm currently using isn't working.


I found this (link listed below)

Will it work?

This is the how the website describes the lights "4 ft. - 32 Watt - T8 - 6500K Blue - 2900 Lumens - High Output"

However, I'm having a difficult time finding a shop light that the bulbs will fit in.
Can somebody please refer me to a shoplight that these bulbs will fit in? (Please provide a link).
