1. Is the gray underskirt included or would we have to buy one separately?

2. How much would it cost to ship this bedskirt to Hawaii?

The liner of the bedskirt is actually the same color as the top layer. It's a creamy off-white color. The shipping should be calculated once you are ready to check out in your cart! :)

I spoke with Ashley, a Houzz Customer Service person who clarified that 1) The underskirt is not included and I would need to buy one in addition to buying the overskirt, and 2) you will not sell items to those of us in Hawaii because you will not ship them to us, even if I pay extra for the shipping.
