My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It realy does seem to work.

I have been wanting at last 1 dh but didn't want to go down the long road of germinating hundreds of seeds to get one.

After reading alot of the posts about 100% dh seeds I finally gave it a shot.

3 of 5 germinated and 2 are showing DH traits. 1 is still deciding.
