My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hey mgaglioti!

    This project is gorgeous. I'll let the designer speak to the specifics of these floors (they look like they could be a multi-width distressed european white oak). I'm linking here a couple of pre-finished floors that have a similar look and feel as this - we ask that customers take our hardwood flooring quiz before selecting a floor to be sure they're choosing the right floor for their climate/subfloor/lifestyle since hardwood can be tricky like that.
