My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Another question .. we are going to have someone replicate this fire pit.
When we speak to the metal fabricator can you tell me what to ask for for the top? Material? Thickness? Etc

    where can I buy just the frame? I already have a linear housing set up w/glass rocks, just need to drop it in.

    This firepit was custom made: All components. We would suggest talking to a concrete and steel subcontractor.
