Store your seeds in those little bitty manila like envelopes or those see through coin envelopes... I think they are called coin envelopes.. label them, and then store them in a covered plastic container. You can also just make your own out of an envelope! They can be kept in the refrigerator for over a year like this!! They keep very well. Just make sure the seeds have been left in the open air to dry for a week or two before storing.

I once left a packet of seeds in with my pollen that I froze and although the frozen seeds did geminate, they didn't do well so I would advise against freezing them.

Pollen of course stores very well in the freezer.

Every now and then I'll take some seeds and soak them, they still germinate nicely...
