Stilt grass

I had a bad infestation of Japanese stilt grass last year. This year I would like to prrvent this with pre-emergent herbicides.

So far-

March 5 Scotts fert with crabgrass preventer (when forcythias bloomed)

April 8 Weed be gone with Crabgrass preventer spray


Do I need to apply a pre-emergent again and when?
