Got a small piece of this from a friend's garden in East Tennessee and she did not know what it was...I didn't know either and internet searching has not turned up an answer. I've not seen a bloom yet but it may produce one this summer. Anyone know what this is? Leaves emerge very glaucous and roots are rhizomes if I can be trusted.
