Most likely Bermuda, but zoysia is a possibility. Treat it like Bermuda & you will have success

Looks like a bermuda, but hard to say which variety .

Thanks reeljake and Tom. I was leaning toward a bermuda, and its been thriving when I treat it like bermuda.

Sure looks like St Augustine to me. Can you take another picture from 3 inches away on a cloudy day with a clean camera lens? And if you can get a dime in the picture that would help. If you can find a new grass blade to show the tip (pointed or blunt) that will help.

Here are a couple closeups. The lawn is split into a few patches of what appear to be different grasses. The top picture doesn't appear to be Bermuda, but the grass in the second picture looks and acts more like Bermuda. A lot of the lawn is a combination of these two grasses.
