These are designed to be very easy to change. They use standard e26 medium base bulbs that are the same style as you are accustomed to in your home. You can use any bulb that suits you as long as it is under 60 total watts. If you need very bright light, consider using a brighter LED since you can get more Lumens per watt than standard incandescent bulbs.
