I see 2 issues.

First, it seems you didn't harden off your plants well enough. A lot of that damage looks like wind damage and sunburn. The plant should eventually outgrow that damage, but once enough healthy new foliage grows, prune off the old, damaged foliage, as damaged foliage is just a drain on the plant and provides opportunity for diseases to colonize it.

Second, I see an aphid in your first pic (the peach-brown speck). Check the undersides of your foliage and the new growing tips carefully for aphids. In your area, you'll probably mostly see peach-brown and green aphids on tomato plants. The green ones can be well camouflaged, so look carefully.

If there's a ton of them, take a spray bottle that can produce a fairly hard stream of water and use it to knock the aphids off, concentrating on the underside of foliage, which is where most of them will be. They usually are unable to get back onto the plant after you knock them off. If there aren't that many, since your plants are still small, you can pick them off gently and kill them by hand. Do this regularly until the population of natural predators increases and helps you keep their populations under control. Get some pots with flowering plants that attract predators and place them around your vegetables, keeping in mind that different plants bloom at different times, and you'll need to keep a steady supply of appropriate blooms. These will attract and nurture predators that will control aphids and other small pests.

If you're unsuccessful at getting enough predators to help out, and knocking back aphid populations manually gets to be too much work as your plants get bigger, you can spray an insecticidal soap or something like neem oil to control them. Spray late in the evening to avoid burning foliage or directly hurting bees and other pollinators.

Also, have you fertilized that plant recently?
