That's very funny, Stephanie. I got my order from Rod yesterday, and my bonus was Sweet Sunshine. I had to look that one up.

My order looked just like yours though, he sends really nice plants. They are always huge. I'm in Minnesota, and he's in Wisconsin, so he sent it Wednesday and I had them the next morning. Love buying from him.

Lol - how funny! I hope Sweet Sunshine does well for both of us in our gardens. I had to have it. I lost my cat Sunny, short for Sunshine, last year and I had ordered Sunny Disposition already but thought a fragrant yellow with dimples would be perfect too.

I was excited to get a fragrant yellow. I'm just starting to appreciate the fragrants. Since I lost a lot of my shade I am always looking for hostas that do well in sun. I enjoy ordering from Rod. You don't have to worry about what you are going to get. They are all nice.

I like fragrants too. :) I have Sweet Sunshine, Guacamole, Ambrosia, Aphrodite, plantaginea, Fragrant Bouquet, Fragrant Dream, and Emily Dickinson. I'm getting rhere, but nowhere close to a big collection.

No, I asked for a large clump to get a jump start since I've read it was a slow grower. I don't remember how much but it was reasonable.

Nice! I think I'm going to plant it near Invincible or Irish Luck. It will be nice with the dark green.

Is it strongly scented?

I will change who I have been ordering from. They were great for years but the tiny things I got this year is not acceptable. They use to send a bonus plant but to send small p;ants and no bonus they have lost me. Thank you for posting.

Rod's a good guy - he won't send something he doesn't think is big enough and I've been quite pleased with what I've gotten from him so far. I think you'll be happy :)

I looked up Pleasure Seeker and it's one of his introductions and he said it does best in a more shaded spot. Since I had to have my big tree taken down I think I'm going to pot it up and see exactly where it's going to go.

He sent me some beautiful plants as well. I don't have pictures because I was short on time when they came... I soaked them for a little while, then potted them up. They're all sitting on my porch right now until I get the beds ready, and the chicken wire up inside the fence (long story-rabbits). My bonus was Night Before Christmas.

I got some great looking plants from Hallsons also. And from Made in the Shade. Picked up a couple at our local Hosta Society sale.

All the bonus plants are different - how cool. I got mine planted yesterday and the rain started last night, yay!

I actually mailed my order to NGP because I wanted to pay by check, and on the order form it said to provide a list of preferred plants for the bonus, so I did.... I was so thrilled to get Night BC- I've been wanting one with a white centered leaf that wasn't too hinky, and from what I've read and seen, that one should be pretty good. The plant he sent sure looks robust, that's for sure!

I have seen Night Before Christmas in several tour gardens. It always draws my eye.
