Hi Judith, Keep the soil moist, not soggy. The soil you used should be fine. There's some creative ways to make a greenhouse effect so if you have something that covers the pot to create some humidify, however this is not necessary. Many have rooted seeds without this. When they get their first adult-type leaves, you can then put them into their individual pots with the potting soil/perlite mix. Have fun and keep us posted with pictures. What color is the mother plumeria? I'm curious to see what colors you'll get. It'll take 18 months to 3 years for seeds to bloom. I'm getting some seeds from another member soon so I'm very excited.

I have them on a heat mat and covered with plastic at the moment.. just took the plastic off and moved them for the picture..

I bought the seeds from the internet, they were advertised as 'plumeria rubra roungline'..

I was looking for Adenium seeds when I saw these Plumeria and could not resist.. I was sold right away.. hopefully they will survive and give me some pretty flowers one day.. Impulse buy so not really up to speed yet with their wishes :)

You'll need to exhibit some patience as plumerias from seed can take many years before they'll bloom - especially under cooler conditions. And then they will likely get quite tall. Plumeria will not necessarily look like the mother plant, so you never know what you'll get.
