Peppers leaves distorted

Hope some of you can help! I have started my peppers from seed for years. I use T 5 lights same promix hp soil and MG fertilizer. Some of my plants growth is becoming very distorted. As in this picture. No aphids, no spider mites, and I haven't done anything different then other years. Any thoughts thoughts on the cause. Thanks
