You have plenty of light. Phals do not want direct Florida sun. Bright shade only. What else do you do for your orchids? What kind of pots and potting material? Need repotted? watering? Moving air?...Afternoon Florida sun may be too hot in the summer. Perhaps adding shade cloth.

I have phals in plastic pots

use phal pot media and bark mix for others, buy supplies at green barn or brow orchid supply

water phals once week, dendrob 2x week

have ceil fan on all time for air flow

i have most of them on a 4 shelf open greenhouse I bought at Tuesday morning. Had a plastic cover on and was told to take that off as they were getting less light, do I did.

Fertilize weekly weakly.

wouldnt know where to put shade cloth.

Guessing, your plants are getting too much direct afternoon sun. You need a spot with less intensity or install a shade cloth. I googled shade cloth and this popped up. If in fact you need a shade cloth, you may need the help of a handy man or carpenter. Western afternoon sun in Florida is too much for most orchids. The proper shade cloth will remedy it. But you probably need to move the phal inside or another spot. The other orchids like it brighter than the phal....

You're in a hot area with lots of sun ... you describe wrinkly leaves on phals. Water or soak your plants more often then you are now, they probably dry out in one day. Oncidiums can take a lot of light, and they love water. Put your phals in the windows on the north facing side of your house, or on a table several feet away from sunny windows. This will be enough light for them.
