I'll be moving into a newly renovated condo in 2 weeks. Then, I'll need an area rug for the LR, but need help deciding on just what would look good with existing furniture. Here's the area for the rug:

I purposely used neutrals with the intention of bringing in colors with area carpets in the LR, entry hallway which is to the right of the second photo and den not shown to the right of the entry, as well as curtains, pillows, art and other decor. There will be no area carpet in the DR.

My first choice was a turquoise over dyed rug like the following, but I'm having trouble finding a 10x14 I like. I prefer an all-over design without a center medallion.

Then I saw this photo with a bright green chair and loved the rug with it:

However, that rug is pricey, but this one is within my price range:

I happen to have 2 bright green LR chairs. The first (blurry - Sorry!) photo shows a chair back for color and the second shows the chair style with other LR furniture ( sofa is chocolate brown, not off-white) and the turquoise rug:
