Location of Fireplace..centered or not ?

We r building a large FP either brick or tile frame with a 75" inch electric FP. We may include addition framing for niches for statues on both sides. The FP will be on the long side of a dual purpose rectangular room that is 30'length by 25'width. The left side of room will be a tv viewing area and the right side will have pool table.
Should the FP be centered on the long 30' wall or should it be centered closer to tv viewing side, i.e. Left side?
