Is this POA?

I live in Central IA, Zone 5A, northern mix grass type.

Started noticing light green patches of grass popping up here and there throughout the yard especially along my property line with my neighbor. Their whole lawn is practically light green. I'm not sure if it is Annua or Triv and looking for some assistance. Or is this my KBG just going to seed?


Pictures were taken with overcast conditions, but I can try and take better pics if needed.


- I painted these two patches with Round-Up. These patches are quite clumpy and was lighter green.
