A couple of my fig trees have some branches on which all the leaves are dying and turning dark. These are fairly young trees about 6 feet tall with multiple trunks growing in the ground. I looks like the whole limb is affected while other limbs seem fine. When it started a few months ago I thought maybe it was some late frost damage but it seems to be continuing where more branches are involved and the branch looks like it is dying. Some parts are completely healthy. It is affecting what I believe is a Celeste and a LSU purple in NW Georgia. Any idea what this may be? Thanks.
