Mmm, I don't think you have 'My Monet'. It has variegated foliage, which I do not see on yours.

If they are My Monet - and that cultivar IS variegated - then you can expect about 2'x2'.

The My Monet I had where almost white looking. Not vigorous at all.

7 year old plant was not even 2' wide.

Whaas, it has also been a weak grower for me. My spouse had planted five of them in different parts of the garden; all were marginal after about five years. I recently moved the entire lot to the front of a mixed border in partial shade. It's do or die -- literally.

I have had two My Monet in a part shade perennial bed for at least 5 years. They are a perfect size 2'x2' size for the front part of the border. I love them; they don't outgrow their space and the pink, green and cream variegated foliage is a summer long show.

Well my receipt from the landscaper said "My Monet" and the tag did too. I hope it thrives -- it's very attractive plant.

With the amount of mushrooms growing in your soil, I believe the lack of vigor with your plants is due to poor soil quality...maybe improve the soil or move the plants to somewhere they will thrive...

Yes, the soil quality is marginal, but the mushrooms show up when we get an over abundance of rain. I just moved them to this location, which I mentioned earlier. I'm hoping they appreciate more shade this site provides.
