Maybe someone can help me. I was under the impression that knockout roses came in different heights/sizes? I see them absolutely everywhere but sometimes they look tiny and compact - maybe 1.5" tall, but mostly see them around 3 feet tall and bushy. Well, recently went out to eat and they had a courtyard ringed in them but while they appeared to be exactly like the other double knockouts I've always seen, these were ALL tall at maybe almost 6 foot each. Aside from that they were exactly like the ones you see everywhere. Nice, full, bushy and covered in hot pink(red?) roses. So, I cam home to investigate which variety of double knock out came in a 6' size because i wanted to make a hedge out of it and couldn't find anything. So I guess my question is are all the knockouts we see all over the freaking place in varying heights the same rose just trimmed to be kept smaller or potentially just young bushes and they will all eventually be 6' tall?
