Carrera marble shower tiles

Help!! My new shower tile is cracking everywhere!! My contractor is claiming the quality of marble (which I know is BS). Others think the instillation was botched. Looking for a contractor/tile installer in the Los Angeles/SFV area to assess the shower. Thanks!!

Who framed that wall and did the work behind the tile install? Where did you buy the tile, and what thickness is it?

Do you have any photos from during install showing the framing and subsequent waterproofing? Unfortunately no one can see through walls, but this is a complete redo.
