Mist, the stone mosaic is made from pieces of stone that are cut by hand from solid "tiles" of stone, and then tumbled to soften the edges. Then the magic begins! We have a team of artists dedicated to just this design. (We have over 875 patterns in our library.) They lay each and every piece down by hand, working as a team to create the weave of colors, here greens, blues, creams, grays and whites.

Our studio is two floors and the artist routinely walk upstairs and view the project from above in order to get the blend right. A project like this would take about 5 or 6 weeks from start to finish. Each Mist project is different, each is created only for the space shape and dimensions.
