I can't tell from the picture what the shoot looks like. Does it have leaves different from the rest of the tree? Can you post a picture of the leaves and of the trunk. I want to see if it has been grafted. If it has been grafted, then it may be a shoot from the root stock, in which case you should remove the shoot.

The leaves are just like other leaves. But I already cut off the shoot. I thought it was a sucker.

This was another shoot in other orange plant that I cut.

It is small and insignificant CLIP IT.

I trimmed both the shoots as in one shoot off each orange plant. I hope I didn't do much damage to main plant. Its a little over 6 inches tall.

The Third plant was drying after I transplanted so I pulled it out n out it in a moist hankerchief.

Sorry for too many questions. I just want my plants to be healthy.
