Bluestar double oven install: (French door on top, regular oven on bottom) Top oven keeps popping out on the bottom since the oven itself sits higher than the lip so it tilts back on the lower oven roof and won't sit flush. The tops both secure with screws and it seems I would need some kind of board / frame to put in between the ovens, but AJ Madison says no. Anyone have experience and tell me what I'm missing here? Install guys couldn't figure it out either. (!) Also, the french door requires you almost slam it to shut it, is this normal?
