I estimate the replacement value to be about $30....or your sale price would be about $18 to $25......and that's a stretch.
Silverplated spoons really have very little value, unless there is some historic value.

How do I find out what this is who made it and how much is it worth and is it made of coral

If I was guessing, from the damage, I’d say it was made of plaster. Are there any markings on the bottom of the base? For prices I’m thinking eBay is your best bet. It doesn’t seem to be in very good shape.

Without a close up and a picture of the bottom, it appears to be an inexpensive plaster lamp, which has lots of damage that hasn't enhanced it's already limited value.
Why would you suspect it's made of coral?
