How do you Serve your Alcohol?

I'm pulling together my adenium "toolbox". What have you found is the best way to store and administer isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol to your cutting blade? I know that isopropyl alcohol evaporates very quickly.

Do you use a small bowl or cup into which to dip the blade? (Seems like a lot of alcohol would be lost and wasted.)

A spray bottle?

I thought about using a hair color bottle (It has a pointy tip, similar to old-fashioned ketchup/mustard bottle or glue bottle).

I know that the objective is to have alcohol cover the surface of the blade on both sides and then wipe it off with a paper towel. Seems like a spray bottle would work best for this.

What do you use?
