Is this a weed or grass?

I had my yard sodded with Bahia 2 years ago and was told it was Argentine Bahia. The item underlined in BLUE below is what the grass from the sod looks like.

To try and fill in bald spots, I got some Scott's Argentine Bahia seed at Home Depot and spread it in the bald spots. I've noticed the stuff underlined in RED below popping up now.

Is it a weed or is it Argentine Bahia? If it's Argentine Bahia, than what style is the grass underlined in blue?

The red-underlined "grass" looks an awful lot like yellow nutsedge, which is a real pain to get rid of. I don't know about the blue, as I've never seen Argentine Bahia grass.
