Need to know the orientation of the beam to the fridge, but if it's only the rear 10" of the space over, you might be almost unaffected: use a wall cabinet and pull it forward to the depth of the fridge, and then add panels on either side of the fridge to support that cabinet and make the fridge look built in. The beam just disappears into the empty space behind the cabinet, and your cabinets look continuous!

(These are photos from my own kitchen overhaul to give you a sense of how the box ends up. You can use whatever dept of cabinet over the fridge will fit without hitting the beam, but definitely align it at the front.)

If the problem is different -- i.e., coming in from the side in a way that blocks any cabinet in that spot, it's trickier, but I think I'd put a single-door worth of cabinet, if possible, and then have a false front put in front of the beam (if possible -- again, working without geometry is tough!) to give it a finished look. If you have an actual soffit, then, um, maybe put the half cabinet and a skin in front of the soffit, or paint the soffit to match the cabinets, or try to rearrange your layout?

again, not clear to anybody but you -- perpendicular like coming down from the ceiling toward the top of the fridge? coming out from the back wall toward the front? or coming in from one side?

Get a structural engineer and bury it. Or move it.
