Give tiny balcony in Rome some life!

Apartment in Rome with tiny balcony and no view.

Potted plants with bright flowers???...but maybe a latticed privacy screen on top???

If there is enough room, a dwarf lemon tree in an in the corner of the balcony. Brighter table and chairs. Wicker or metal??? Thanks!

    I would plant as many pots with flowers, vines on the walls and intertwined in the balcony railing. How about bougainvillea....I always see those in Italy and France. Not sure what your exposure is?? And how about metal chairs in a color!
