Yes I have and it seems to be very hit and miss. Currently I am in 11 groups as well as Craigslist. I am on a fixed income so any sales are good. I have $25 on plantstands and $10-15 on bird houses. I think the pricing is ok.... maybe they are not as good as I thought

I think they are adorable and the price is fine. I really appreciate your reuse of materials that are usually just thrown in a landfill.

I know what it takes to build one of those pretties so I think pricing is fair. But would you consider, as an experiment, lowering price 20% to see if sales p/u. If cash on hand is the goal, it might be worth trying a lower price. Good luck, they are adorable,

How long have you been making them? If they're something you've just started doing perhaps you just need to give it a little more time. Have you had them at any craft fairs? Whatever you do, gather the email addresses of anybody who takes a look and send them pics when you do something new. I make and sell pine needle baskets, and I've found that people like to first look and then be reminded of my products via email and THEN they're interested in buying! Good luck! They're really wonderful, and the prices are perfect!

that's my advice too - find a good garden themed show to sell at. Or even a downtown farmers market. They should move.

Pine needle baskets? Now that does peak my interest!

Oh Lordy...I have been making pine needle baskets for about 9 months and it's TOTALLY taken over my life! I do just about every craft imaginable, but they've all been set aside in favor of my pine needling! They're really quite easy to make and you can find LOTS of YouTube videos to show you how to make them. Just find long-needle trees and start gathering from the ground under the tree! By long, I mean 10 to 12 inches. Shorter needles can be used, but they're not nearly as nice to work with. There are people online selling pine needles if you can't find any in your areas.

You are lucky that you still have some long-leaf pines around! There used to be a lot near where I live, but they are not here any longer. I once made wreaths with them.

Actually these are cedar picket fencing that would have been thrown into the dump. They have nails, gate hardware and other stuff nailed on them therefore can not go into chipper to make mulch. .
